Mushin Media is a small, fully remote team that manages creators and talent across social platforms. We look after deals, schedules, negotiations and the long view, so the people we represent can stay present in their craft.

(mushin) means “no-mind”: the state, from Zen and the martial arts, of acting without hesitation or ego. mu is nothing; shin is mind, or heart. It is the clarity that arrives when nothing is in the way.

That is our mission: remove what is in the way. Clear contracts, honest advice, steady growth, and no drama.
